GEOINT 2013* Operationalizing Intelligence for Global Missions
| |   |
Hello GISuser... and welcome to another Tuesday geotech news roundup. I'll keep it short today as I'm off to an Esri Canada meetup here in B.C. as the Victoria stop of the Esri Canada user conference comes to town. These events make their way to various locations around Canada and offer us a look at the latest from the company and their business partners. You can check out details of all the stops via this Conference Story Map. April is looking busy on the event calendar and no doubt many of you will be making some trips. Next week we have GeoInt 2013*, rescheduled from last fall, taking place in Tampa, FL as the Geoint community gathers for the annual USGIF event; SPAR also takes place next week in Colorado Springs, CO - recall, The SPAR conference focuses on business and technology considerations for end-to-end 3D measurement; Finally, this week-end the GeoGeeks will meet up in D.C for the annual State of the Map (SOTMUS) event, the annual OpenStreetMap (OSM) love-fest! Indeed, SOTMUS is THE place to be for anyone interested in leveraging OSM or maybe just wanting to get to know more about the Open Street Map - a great opportunity! Have a great week to all and happy travels to anyone heading off to one or more of these events.
