Print Management Expert ThinPrint Joins ESRI’s Business Partner Program

October 12, 2009 By Editor

(Denver, CO, October 12, 2009) Today ThinPrint, market leader for print solutions in distributed networks, announces its new participation in the ESRIr Business Partner Program as a Complementary Technology Provider.

With the attendance, ThinPrint will intensify the cooperation with ESRI in order to provide printing application services for ESRI- GIS products, applicable for all industry verticals.

Customers using GIS software often find trouble when they want to print documents. Printing spool files tend to become very large. Consequently users experience slow printouts and an immense need for bandwidth. For this reason ESRI and print expert ThinPrint have successfully collaborated on past joint projects. The print solution, ThinPrint .print, compresses even print files of 1.5 GB down to 45 MB. Print data can then be sent over miles to remote locations reducing print time from hours to minutes without compromising print quality and creating a faster and more economical way print. ThinPrint .print is a complementary solution to make ESRI print environments more efficient and easier to manage while creating a better user experience.

"ThinPrint is excited to further collaborate with ESRI and continue to grow both businesses. Having prior success in implementing the ThinPrint .print Engine with ESRI, ThinPrint has gained a unique opportunity to improve the speed and accuracy of the printing process for ESRI customers." Charlotte Kuenzell, Senior Vice President at ThinPrint
