Glenn's take: I got my first taste of Corda's OptiMap last year when I was searching for some online mapping of SARS. I accidentally stumbled onto the product and requested an eval copy. The product is very user friendly and effective for the task at hand. For those of you familiar with the ImageMapper product extension for Arview or MapInfo it's somewhat similar in that it enables users to quickly produce web-based mapping and provides database query capabilities - albeit with much more functionality such as sophisticated charts and graphs, gradients, etc... plus there's no other GIS software requirements. My take on it... it's very cool and worth a test drive.. if you're planning on buying though, make sure you have lots of room on that Am-Ex as this is no lightweight viewer!
