Consumers Energy provides natural gas and electric service to nearly 6.5 million of Michigan's 10 million residents and serves customers in all 68 of the state's Lower Peninsula counties.
VELOCITIE's ArcGIS implementation services for Consumers Energy have included the installation of ArcGIS Server and ArcFM Server software and the development of work order posting tools. The work order posting tools developed by VELOCITIE enable Consumers Energy users to view georeferenced MicroStation engineering drawings directly over their GIS data within ArcMap.
