MICHAEL HUT JOINS PIXXURES AS NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Arvada, Colorado, June 6, 2006 – Pixxures, Inc., a leading provider of aerial mapping, direct digital image processing, and imagery Web services, announces that Michael Hut, former vice president of Leica Geosystems, will join Pixxures’ staff as Chief Operating Officer.
Hut brings more than 20 years experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping.
“This is a great opportunity for Pixxures to add someone with Mike’s background and expertise to our senior management team, which is just another step forward in Pixxures evolution,” said Chuck Killpack, president and CEO of Pixxures.
“Pixxures has greatly expanded its capability over the last few months resulting in a number of new products and services,” Killpack said. “Mike will help us with both the overall operations of our state-of-the-art processing facility as well as be part of some real exciting product and business development.”
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer at Pixxures, Hut will be responsible for all aspects of the operations, product development and business development.

Harden Associations, Inc.
