Arvada, Colorado, June 6, 2006 – Pixxures, Inc., a leading provider of aerial mapping, direct digital image processing, and imagery Web services, announces that Michael Hut, former vice president of Leica Geosystems, will join Pixxures’ staff as Chief Operating Officer.
Hut brings more than 20 years experience in geographic information systems (GIS) and mapping.
“This is a great opportunity for Pixxures to add someone with Mike’s background and expertise to our senior management team, which is just another step forward in Pixxures evolution,” said Chuck Killpack, president and CEO of Pixxures.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer at Pixxures, Hut will be responsible for all aspects of the operations, product development and business development.
