Pictometry Expands its Marketing and Sales Organization with New Appointments

ROCHESTER, NY - April 24, 2006 - Pictometry International Corp., the worldwide leader in digital, aerial oblique imagery and measuring software, announced today that it has added new staff members to its sales and marketing departments.
Reporting to Pictometry Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Dante Pennacchia will be Mr. James Murray, as Director of Business to Business Development and Mr. Alexander Hepp as Field Marketing Manager. Pictometry has also added two new District Managers, Mr. Michael Cowles and Mr. Carl Decator. The company is also announcing the appointment of Ms. Mary Couture as Regional Account Manager.
Mr. Murray has an extensive marketing background with a number of major companies such as Eastman Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, and Fisons Pharmaceuticals. His efforts have consistently led to increased sales, improved operational and sales processes, and greater brand awareness of the companies where he worked. Mr. Murray will be actively involved in new marketing initiatives for the company that will focus on the growing use of Pictometry's world-renowned oblique imagery and software in private business applications.
Mr. Hepp brings to Pictometry a wealth of experience in public safety and appraisal technology organizations. His background includes leadership roles at a number of companies, including vice president of sales and marketing at Mobile Video Services, Inc., US channel manager - eastern region for Xplore Technologies, and senior marketing manager at Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. Mr. Hepp will be providing product marketing development for a number of new Pictometry products offerings as well as other marketing research activities.
In other new appointments, Mr. Michael Cowles has joined the company as district manager for Ohio and West Virginia and Mr. Carl Decatur will be the district manager for Florida. Both Mr. Cowles and Mr. Decator will be managing government sales and renewals in their respective territories. As part of the company's efforts to provide improved customer sales support, Ms. Mary Couture has been named as regional account manager for the Southeast Region. Ms. Couture has been with the company for four years, actively involved in the sales area. Her new responsibilities will include expanding the use of Pictometry technology in existing government accounts.
