New at 2007 is an abundant feature set, including new additional functionality enabling users to create, visualize, share, document, and migrate their CAD and GIS data. A number of developers have recently announced support for AutoCAD 2007 and Autodesk Map 3D 2007.

21 of Autodesk’s Developer Network (ADN) members have announced products and add-on applications compatible with Autodesk’s 2007 product line. ADN was created by Autodesk to supply commercial and individual software developers with the resources needed to build specialized software applications that meet the needs of a wide variety of customers, in a broad range of industries.
