Kai Haasler has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services and Clive Daniel has been recruited as Vice President of Finance. In addition, Troy Kusy, former Vice President of Development, has left the company to pursue other interests.

 Kai Haasler joined Municipal Software in August of 2005 after five years with CRM vendor Chordiant Software as Client Services Manager and Director of Professional Services. Previously, Kai had spent five years with CSC as business process reengineering consultant. Kai has a BSc in Economics from the University of Vienna and an MBA from the European Business School EAP/ESCP.

 Clive Daniel is a Chartered Accountant who spent ten years in Toronto with a number of Telecom start ups and joins Municipal Software after four years with 360 Networks in Vancouver, where he played a significant role for Toronto Dominion Bank in the years subsequent to the changes at that company.

“Kai has made a tremendous contribution to the company over the past six months. We have seen improvements in our time to implementation and his leadership of client services has helped us make great strides in creating better customer relations,” said Iain McLean Chief Executive Officer for Municipal Software. “Clive joins us to lead the Financial team at the company. We will work together to ensure that we have the right infrastructure to grow and we will draw on his experience to improve our communications and relationship with all shareholders.”

 McLean continued, “Since joining the company in early 2005, I have been conscious of a need for change in the management of certain activities within the company. To that end, I decided that the role of VP of Development should be restructured. As a result, Troy Kusy left the company in accordance with the terms of his Employment Agreement on March 8th.”
