About Fleming College
Two main campuses, Sutherland and Frost, are located in central Ontario's amazing Kawartha Lakes region, just 130 kms northeast of Toronto. As a result, they deliver that hard-to-find combination of quality learning and quality of life. Each main campus occupies 80 hectares of green space, offering modern, on-campus residence accommodations and the best in teaching and recreational facilities. Peterborough, a thriving college and university city, offers students urban convenience and relaxed living. Lindsay, about 30 kms away, provides an ideal setting for students at our School of Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences.
I am currenly a student at that very school, in the GIS Applications Specialist Program. It is truly an amazing program. The school itself is beautiful; housing up-to-date technology in conjunction with a very knowledgeable and engaging faculty. I suggest you check out http://www.geomaticsatfleming.ca to get an in depth look at the program that is offered and the projects that have been completed by the students in the past.
