Frapper (friend + mapper) is a social networking tool that lets friends join an informal group and each member is provided with a pushpin showing their location. The company behind frapper is Rising Concepts... To date the app seems pretty simple and doesn't provide much functionality, however, adding a few features would make this networking tool quite slick. I'm looking forward to seeing where they go with it.
