In a friendly move for site users, the site offers up a user guide (PDF). This latest version of the user's guide makes downloading ArcInfo export files (.e00) easy, with direct hyperlinks to files on the SGID FTP site. See http://agrc.utah.gov/agrc_sgid/sgiddata/sgid_user_guide.pdf
A relatively new ArcIMS interactive map allows the user to view and query the Utah Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) database of over 40000 geographic features in Utah. This application is available at http://www.atlas.utah.gov/gazetteer/.
