SIA is pleased to announce that both Adur District Council and Isle of Wight Council have gone live in December 2004 with web mapping portals powered by SIA’s dataMAP GIS Internet Browser.
The portals allow intuitively easy-to-use access by members of the public to a wide range of Council information via digital maps.
Adur Council’s layers of map-based information include waste and recycling, conservation areas and sewers. Also of interest is the planning layer, where current planning applications may be viewed along with their current status.
