Culture does it Again! RMSI features amongst “Indian IT’s Top 20 Best Employers” for the second year

NEW DELHI (INDIA), 22 September 2004: RMSI, a global IT services company, announced today that for the second year in the running, RMSI has been ranked amongst Indian IT’s ‘Top 20 Best Employers’, in the DATAQUEST-IDC ‘Best Employer Survey 2004’.
RMSI which entered the ranking last year at number 19 moved up three positions this year to feature at number 16 in the 2004 survey.
An extraordinary organizational culture, great people and satisfaction with job content, emerged as the organization’s key strengths this year. More than 90% of RMSI employees felt their work was crucial for the company's growth and more than 91% felt their relationship with peers made for a better work environment. Employee empowerment was also at an impressive high for the second year in a row. IDC-Dataquest’s Top 20 Indian IT Best Employers is a prestigious and comprehensive IT industry survey. The survey is conducted amongst 200 IT employers across India, and is valued as an essential reference source in the IT industry. The survey takes into account the HR environment, employee morale and best HR practices. It assesses employers on various parameters like: employee satisfaction, organization culture, job satisfaction, performance appraisal system, training, and compensation.
