Compagnia Generale Ripreseaeree (CGR) Group, a UNI-EN-ISO 9001 certified company with technical innovation in photogrammetry and remote sensing, will become the exclusive distributor of Pictometry solutions for Italy. Under terms of the letters of intent, Pictometry will be working to establish image capture criteria, processing facilities, and software distribution channels for each company in their respective countries. The agreements are subject to approval by the Boards of Directors for all companies.

Pictometry's industry leading software enables users to quickly and easily access up to 12 different high-resolution views of any property, building, highway, landmark, or other feature in a region. The software also enables end users to obtain measurements directly from the imagery as well as insert GIS content and other data.

Potential applications for Pictometry in Europe include law enforcement, fire and ambulance, national security agencies, central and local government, emergency reaction agencies, planning agencies, transportation, telecommunications, and utilities.
