About our Graduate Program!

We've got opportunities for talented graduates right across our business. For an insight into what that means for you, take a closer look at how the program works in different areas of our business. 

The Graduate Program is designed to offer more than just a job. 
As part of this program you will work on two 6 months assignments in two different teams. You will have the unique opportunity to rotate internationally to enable you to get a great insight in our dynamic, young and internationally focused company. 

Next to that, you will be involved in projects, training and you will receive mentoring support: 
Graduate Project: you will work together with the other graduates on developing a new product/ service for TomTom. You will be coached by the Director New Products and you will present your product to senior management at the end of the Graduate year. 

- Corporate Social Responsibility project 
- Extensive (soft skill/ leadership) training 
- Mentoring: you will be matched to a mentor which is part of our senior management. 

We have defined two different tracks as part of our Graduate Program: 

Commercial & Technical Track

• Commercial Track 
Do you have a business/ commercial degree? This could be the track for you.

You could work in the field of: 
- Product Marketing 
- Product Management 

• Technical Track 
Do you have a technical degree and would you love to be part of a product company? This could be the track for you! As part of this program you could work as: 
- Software Engineering 
- Hardware Engineering
