After upgrading to Accela Automation, this City with a population of approximately 165,000 will offer a number of vital public services online for the first time ever. Accela Citizen Access™ will enable contractors and inspectors to access services and complete processes online, including complete permit requests, research required variances, approvals and forms, have visibility to their submittal status, and process payments. Electronic document submittal and review (EDR) will be enabled through the integration of Adobe Acrobat Professional with Accela Automation. EDR will benefit government, local business, and the community by rendering the process more streamlined and less costly.
