 QCoherent is offering a one-day LP360 Workshop, “QC and Derived Surface Models of LIDAR Data”, in concurrence with the North Carolina GIS Conference.

1 Day Workshop on QC and Derived Surface Models of LIDAR Data

Description: A one day workshop designed to familiarize users with the process of verifying the quality of LIDAR Data. The morning session concentrates on the visual and statistical checks used to evaluate LIDAR Data with an emphasis on data acceptance. The afternoon session focuses on more specific exploitation of LIDAR data with a focus on breakline generation and use in LIDAR derived surface models. During this workshop, demonstrations and hands-on exercises using QCoherent Software’s LP360 for ArcGIS™ will be used to highlight the topics of discussion.

 Terrasolid Workshop

1 Day Terrasolid Workshop on New Features and Extracting Road Condition Information from mobile LIDAR Data and images

This one day workshop will highlight new features in Terrasolid’s TerraScan, TerraPhoto, TerraMatch, TerraModeler and TerraStereo products as well as a specific workflow for processing mobile laser data and images of a road to extract road condition information. The workflow will look at positional improvements, classification, orthophoto production and extraction of the road condition information. During this workshop, demonstrations and hands-on exercises using Terrasolid’s TerraScan, TerraPhoto and TerraMatch will be used to highlight the topics of discussion.
