of their home finder application that will allow MilitaryByOwner
customers to search for homes near military bases from their mobile
devices.

personal contacts. However, with advancements in developer tools as
well as public demand, mobile applications broadened their reach into

site into the app will afford the user the flexibility to narrow their
search down to homes that fit their specific needs."

Key components of the MilitaryByOwner app include the option to search
for homes for sale or rent near more than 300 military communities.
Users will be able to contact property advertisers directly by phone or
email, save searches and favorite homes. Customers can utilize
MilitaryByOwner.com to create custom searches, which can then be
accessed through the app when they are on location actively house
hunting. The added mapping interface will assist users in plotting the
location of homes they are interested in as well as allowing them to
see all homes that may be for sale or for rent near their current
location through GPS functionality.

The app is compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5,
iPod Touch (3rd, 4th and 5th generation) and iPad (iOS 5.0 or later).
This app is optimized for iPhone 5. Release of a Droid compatible
version is anticipated for the near future.
