Written by GeoGathering 2013
06 December 2012

GeoGathering will be taking place on August 21-22 in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. This year’s theme focuses on how gathering operators collect and internally share asset information to increase operational safety, adhere to reporting requirements, and increase their pipeline decision-making.

Acquisitions and fast growth in the gathering industry are forcing operators to develop a data strategy and take a deeper look at all aspects of data – from how it is collected to making it available to the decision makers. It means looking at data from a much different perspective than before.

GeoGathering provides a collaborative venue for oil & gas gathering system and upstream operators to share their experiences and learn from others.

If you are interested in participating in this year’s conference, please submit an abstract at the GeoGathering website today. Deadline for submissions is January 30, 2013 See http://www.geogathering.com/submit.html.
