Woah, lucky thing I was up way late last night to catch this one... 

Here it is, just in time for ESRIUC, the 2012 edition of the Gaslamp entertainment map from our friends Martha & Jim Rodgers from San Diego - Note, usually you'll be able to catch up with Martha and Jim on Monday night under the sails at the Map Gallery where her and Jim will have printed copies of the map and they are glad to discuss it with you - these guys share some awesome local knowledge! FYI, this map is my Go-To resource for when I'm stuck and not sure where to go... and if I don't have someone to drink with I can always count on Martha and Jim!! ;0)

The pair have been maintaining this fine resource for several years now and I've been sharing it with you since the start... enjoy! Print out this map or store the PDF on your iPad and bring it with you to locate any restaurant, bar or club in the Gaslamp. The pair being San Diego locals also have some great suggestions for you and highlight a few new must visit places like Barley Mash on Market and 5th Ave (huge place with loads of TVs and a martini bar downstairs); Berkeley Pizza on Island between 5th and 6th if you love thick Chicago style pizza and craft beer; And the new Caf‚ Seville on 5th between K and J Streets, is now in a better location and feels so spacious - enjoy and thanks Martha & Jim!

I felt the gang at Avenza would be interested in this data in order to produce a nice product for users of PDFmaps in iOS. Basically, using this version on PDFmaps has more intelligence (like georeferencing - although it hasn't been field verified yet!).
