ArcGIS 10.1 has been released. Many ArcGIS users have to delay updating their ArcGIS installs because of third-party vendors not yet being compatible with the new version, but not TractBuilder users. All five of the TractBuilder tools, Metes & Bounds, Quartering, Auto-Quartering, Well Spotting, and the GridMaker are ready to go when you upgrade! The workflow within the tools is exactly the same; the users just need to make sure they are on the latest version of the TractBuilder Tools for ArcGIS 10.X (installer available from the TractBuilder homepage, http://www.tractbuilder.com). As Kyle Souza, Sales Manager for TractBuilder, likes to say “TractBuilder is not going to be the reason you don’t keep your Arc install up-to-date.”
