ArcGIS 10.1 has been released. Many ArcGIS users have to delay updating their ArcGIS installs because of third-party vendors not yet being compatible with the new version, but not TractBuilder users. The TractBuilder Tools are still compatible with 9.3, 9.3.1, and 10. Clients with a maintenance plan are able to update as soon as they like.
