 Map Interface
Experience a more versatile and functional Map Interface with cross-cutting Selection Tools that select features such as Licenses and Agreements based on their position and overlaps - useful in the case where agreements impact on a large number of licenses! Users are able to Add or Remove from selected features, as well as re-select within an existing selection. In addition to using templates to print advanced cartographic maps, the WYSIWYG print option maintains the current layers, symbology and scale for quick one-off printing. The expanded import functionality allows the import of shapes from diverse sources including Shapefiles, MapInfo files, Personal Geodatabases, Map Services and Excel spreadsheets, providing a versatile solution for quick and error free data loading.
 
 Bulk Editing Productivity Module
The exciting Bulk Editing Productivity Module greatly improves efficiency, particularly in jurisdictions that require numerous licenses and actions to be managed simultaneously. The Bulk New License Wizard enables the simultaneous creation of multiple licenses with uniform attributes. Bulk Editing Tools for Licenses, Actions and Approvals allow information to be edited on many objects at the same time. Managers are able to approve or reject numerous Action Approvals with a single click! The newly integrated Grid Splitting Tool is used to split a single large area into uniform parts, and when used in conjunction with the Bulk New License Wizard can hugely facilitate previously tricky and difficult processes in jurisdictions that have a maximum area requirement per license application.
 
 Documents and Authorisations
Authorisation on Documents has been upgraded to support the system wide Saved Search capability. This provides for an almost unlimited way to configure fine-grained Authorisation on all documents in the system. In addition a Sensitivity flag has been added to documents to further assist in the efficient implementation of authorisations.
 
External Notification Module
The External Notification Module sends notifications by E-mail and SMS to external Parties that may not be FlexiCadastre users. Using Templates, these configurable notifications can be tailored to your specifications. They will keep those important Parties informed and up to date on the latest progress in workflows as well as remind them of their required obligations, payments and other responsibilities.
 
 Reports & Audits
Several new Report Schemas improve the ability to extract information-rich data and facilitate both management and decision-making. Stats and Charts now provide budget forecasts, the possibility to visualise and analyse License and Action trends, forecast payments through Actions and track other activities. Audit reports of all activities are now available, detailing the editing, adding and deleting of all data records while specifying the date, time, user and context of each change.
 
 Templates
Efficiency and ease of data capture have been greatly enhanced through the versatile new License and Agreement Templates that, when used in the New License and New Agreement Wizards, automatically pre-populates the Wizard so as to speed up the often tedious process of capturing new information. 
  
Dashboard
The Home Page has been further enhanced with the addition of various configurable Dashboard Widgets and layout options. These Widgets allow each user to configure their Home Page to show appropriate, filtered and summarised information to assist them in their daily tasks.
