30 April 2012

Huntsville, AL – GeoCue Corporation’s 2012 Training Event will be held September 17-21 in Nashville, TN. Training will be conducted at the Marriott at Vanderbilt, located near the Vanderbilt Stadium and across the road from Centennial Park. This will be our second year to host the Training Event in Nashville.  Nashville's musical roots and laid-back atmosphere provide a unique background to the weeklong session.

The GeoCue 2012 Training Event provides a range of courses on all supported GeoCue, Terrasolid and QCoherent products. GeoCue and Terrasolid courses are offered in mixed tracks based on common workflow solutions and are offered in Basic to Advanced levels. QCoherent courses cover tools from Basic, Standard, and Advanced LP360 as well as LIDAR Server, a web distribution tool.

Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available through the Pennsylvania State University. Trainees can qualify for CEUs in all training tracks.  CEUs are offered in the following subjects: Basic LIDAR Data Processing, Advanced LIDAR Data Processing, Basic GeoCue Production Workflow Management, Advanced GeoCue Production Workflow Management, and LIDAR Data Processing in a GIS Environment.
