Well, it’s that time of the year again… EsriUC is just around the corner and thoughts of meeting up for GeoBeers for some GeoGlobalDomination with old and new friends is on our minds!
Many of you may recall that for the past 2 years we’ve held a small, informal TweetUp on Sunday night prior to kicking off the EsriUC festivities. It’s very tough to nail down a time and place that works into everyone’s plans, however, as an attendee of the past 12 ESRIUC events, I’ve always found that Sunday is a great night to meetup, shmooze, and chat prior to a very busy week. For me, Sunday night at Dicks Last Resort (typically on the patio) is where I enjoy hanging out and is a great place to meet Geo professionals that are just coming to town for the event.
So, in order to carry on with tradition works are in progress to organize our 3rd annual (unofficial) EsriUC tweetUp – I’ll use the hashtag #esriucTU on twitter when discussing this).
