Bill Dollins has been a Sr. Vice President and Partner at Zekiah Technologies in Maryland since 2001 and has been developing GIS applications since 1993. He is a programmer with diverse experience in geospatial information systems, relational databases, and application development. His experience includes system design, software development, database development, data conversion and project management for commercial, defense and Federal customers. Bill’s primary focus has been the integration of geospatial tools and methodologies into mainstream information architectures. He maintains hands-on involvement with geospatial technologies, developing web, desktop, mobile and cloud solutions for a variety of customers. Bill also maintains the popular blog, "GeoMusings," covering topics related to GIS and software development.
