Thanks to the agreement between modomodo, an Italian company that has developed a platform that allows to bring contents on mobile and tie them with proximity services that improve the life quality of people using them, and Parcheggi.it, the only Italian portal fully devoted to parking world, to find a parking area or a garage you just need three clicks on your mobile phone. To use this service you will just have to free download modomodo client on your mobile: the service will quickly find among the 2000 garages available in Parcheggi.it database, the nearest parking areas to the place you are in that precise moment or the parking areas near to the mobile, following a proximity rule. Moreover you will be able to see on your display the information about the parking and the quickest way to get there.
The new service on mobile uses Location Based Services (LBS) platform developed by modomodo using the positioning capabilities of an integrated GPS receiver, turning the mobile phone into a single point of access to various proximity services and mobility experiences. If your phone is not equipped with a GPS receiver, you simply need to enter the name of the street where you are or where you need to find the parking to have literally on your hand all the garages of Parcheggi.it.
