Combined Technologies Enable Web-based Community Development Best Practices
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Avolve Software Corporation, developers of ProjectDox® ePlan and collaboration software, and CRW Systems, developers of TRAKiT software and a leading provider of community management solutions for cities, counties and states nationwide, announced today that their respective products now work together to provide a seamless application environment for community development and management best practices.
CRW’s TRAKiT software, which streamlines planning management, permitting and code enforcement, and Avolve’s ProjectDox ePlan submission, review and tracking solution have been deployed successfully in several U.S. jurisdictions. The companies confirm that cooperative software and project integration created higher value for their respective customers, signaling future joint sales and services efforts domestically as well as internationally.
“Our joint-customer requirements presented us with a great opportunity to open our respective applications to each other and create a tight link between them,” said Ron Loback, President and CEO of Avolve. “Everyone wins, especially the customer, when we work to make critical, multi-application processes easier to manage and complete.”
Chris Wuerz, Founder and President of CRW Systems, added, “It’s a real advantage to tell customers and prospects that your product works well with other software – and be able to prove it. The integration with ProjectDox gives us a leg up in our marketplace, one that we plan to exploit going forward.”
CRW and Avolve Software currently share customers in Florida and Idaho. In Cape Coral, Florida, the two companies have worked together to deploy automated citizen self-serve and cross-departmental permitting processes that will greatly reduce cost, paper and redundant manual effort. The State of Idaho is using both companies’ products to deliver statewide services to citizens in rural communities, as well as provide key management and tracking information for disaster preparedness and recovery.
