Tyler Technologies to Provide Appraisal Solution to Bernalillo County, NM and Town of Brookhaven, NY

DALLAS--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed contracts totaling approximately $1.5 million to provide product upgrades to Bernalillo County in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the Town of Brookhaven, New York, for Tyler's Appraisal & Tax Solution, iasWorld.
Designed by industry professionals, iasWorld provides Web-based, GIS enabled tools to help jurisdictions manage appraisal business processes and the entire property tax life-cycle. It is a comprehensive solution delivering powerful tools for computer-aided mass appraisal, personal property valuation, assessment administration, tax billing and much more. Bernalillo County and the Town of Brookhaven are gaining additional flexibility and power with this unified appraisal system as well as a more robust appraisal search tool for their constituents.

The Bernalillo Metropolitan Court also uses Tyler's Odysseyr courts and justice solution as a part of an agreement to provide the State of New Mexico's judiciary with the integrated case management software solution.
The Town of Brookhaven stretches from the North Shore to the South Shore of Long Island, New York, in Suffolk County. Part of the New York City metropolitan area, the town has a population of more than 400,000 and is the second most populous town in New York. With this iasWorld update, the town will implement iAnalyze, iCare, iRespond, and iDoc modules.
