Dayton, Ohio - June 24, 2009 -The State of Florida Division of Emergency Management provides the people of Florida with efficient and effective communications during normal periods as well as pre-and-post disaster periods and to serve as the contact point in Florida for communications between local Governments and Emergency Agencies, State Government Agencies and the Federal Government.
