GeoLytics has just released the all new Real Estate Demographics 2008 database.
This new database has the latest 2008 Qualified Census Tracts, so users can determine which properties qualify for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development [HUD]. In addition, it has the most up-to-date population and housing demographics for 2008 and projected to 2013, as well as detailed data from the 2000 Census available for census tracts, counties, and states.
Users can quickly and easily determine if a property is located in a Qualified Census Tract, as well as get current population estimates by simply entering an address and running a report. Or, they can download a list of qualified tracts for a county or a state, as well as export spreadsheets of current demographics. GeoLytics’ Real Estate Demographics 2008 is all you need for marketing residential properties in a competitive real estate market. With a few clicks of the mouse users get the data in a report or spreadsheet. The program also comes with a built-in mapping program so users can create full blown color thematic maps of the variables.
The Real Estate Demographics 2008 runs a radius report for any address or latitude/longitude coordinates. Simply enter a property address, then all you have to do is select the variables you want in your report. Demographic variables available include total population, median household income, average age, and educational attainment. Geographies available in this product include census tracts, qualified census tracts, counties, and states, as well as the radius report described above.
