GeoStore from the Center for Advanced Spatial Technologies (CAST) at the University of Arkansas. The name GeoStor refers to a comprehensive, web-based geodata delivery system. Find data, use the map viewer, or download rasters via FTP. For a total score, raster data products are available directly via this FTP server. Users will find access to direct downloads of: 6 inch orthos, historic map composites, NAIP data (2008), stet DOQQs (1 m res. GeoTIFF and Mr SIDs, collared and no-collar DRGs (24k) and much more

GeoStor provides DOQQs, DRGs and much more in an FTP-able format. You'll find 1990 and 2002 DOQQs in MrSID and TIF formats. There's also Landsat images as well as 1:24k DRGs - See http://www.cast.uark.edu/cast/geostor/raw_DOQ/index.html

The Natural State Digital Database (NSDD) was developed by the Spatial Analysis Laboratory to serve the GIS user community and the state of Arkansas. Loads of Arkansas data readily available here including ALL the DRGs - 1:24k, 1:100k, and 1:250k collared, collarless, and hillshaded. A nice UI makes it very simple to locate and download the DRGs.
