Charter Township of Waterford, Michigan Presents on ArcGIS and OnBase Integration at 2008 ESRI International User Conference

To improve employee productivity and constituent service, the Charter Township of Waterford, Michigan implemented an enterprise content management (ECM) solution that was also leveraged by integrating with the Township GIS and Computer Maintenance Management applications. To learn more about how this solution benefited county constituents, Waterford Township will be presenting its solution at the 2008 ESRI International User Conference.

 What: The Charter Township of Waterford in Michigan, will be presenting “Utilizing Geodatabase-Centric Solutions for Enterprise Content Management System Integration.”

 The presentation will examine:

Best practices for implementing an integrated ECM system
The benefits of sharing content and processes across a government enterprise
How leveraging a single ECM system can decrease IT administration
 
Who: Franklin Fisher, Waterford Township Department of Public Works and Paul Gorman, Hyland Software
