Fort Collins, CO -- Telvent Miner & Miner (TM&M) was pleased to receive the ESRI Foundation Partner of the Year for the Denver region at the 2008 ESRI Worldwide Business Partner Conference held in March in Palm Springs, California.
The award recognizes an ESRI partner who has diligently built and maintained an exceptionally strong and dependable relationship with the company, and that is considered one of the foundation blocks of the ESRI Business Partner Program.
Founded in 1969, ESRI is the unchallenged leader in GIS software development. TM&M commenced a joint development relationship with ESRI in 1986 and became an ESRI business partner in 1987. With its ArcFM™ Solution, TM&M is a market leader in value-added GIS enterprise solutions that reduce cost and improve customer service for energy and water/wastewater utilities throughout the world. ESRI nominated and selected TM&M for the Foundation Partner award, due to recent work TM&M has conducted on ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Engine and the continuing valuable relationship between the two companies.
The award was presented by Jack Dangermond, President of ESRI, to TM&M President Jeff Meyers. Meyers emphasized that the relationship between Telvent Miner & Miner and ESRI is dedicated to continued development of ArcGIS to meet the needs of their user community and to set the standards for the GIS industry.
“It is truly gratifying to be selected for this award,” Meyers said. “Our partnership with ESRI over the years has proven to be positive and beneficial for our employees, our company, and our users. We highly value our business partnership and friendship with ESRI, and we’re honored to be recognized as its Foundation Business Partner of the Year.”
