Are you missing out on important news annoucements and updates affecting GIS and geospatial technologies? There's no need to with so many great syndication tools... here's a couple of tips on how you can get ALL the GISuser updates and never miss out.
First, hopefully you get our 2x a week newsletter! A simple email subscription and you'll get the latest news and some editorial every Tuesday and Thursday... once your done simply delete the email so you don't clutter you inbox.
RSS Feed and Syndication
These are very powerful and useful enabling you to take the latest news with you and have access any time anywhere!
The GISuser RSS Feed can always be found at http://feeds.feedburner.com/Gisusercom - you can use this to add to any feed burning resournce or news aggregator.
If you don't want to miss out then Feeddblitz is what you need. You can request the GISuser Feedblitz (or an update from any site for that matter - as long as they have an RSS feed). Then you'll receive a simple email once a day with all the latest postings... very handy, very user friendly! Feedburner is another fabulous resource where we have a feed "burned". See http://feeds.feedburner.com/GisUsercom - you can add this feed to any one of your favorite RSS news readers.
Mobile Feeds enable you to access GISuser content from your mobile device
Hubdog is a cool app where we have a custom feed. Simply preview the channel at http://www.hubdog.com/c/36218/preview and add to your Hubdog account.
Widsets (www.widsets.com) is a popular news reader tool from Nokia. It enables users to select from pre-screened popular news sources or you can burn your own channel using an RSS feed. Mobispine is a very cool mobile resournce that enables users to take headlines to go. Simply visit http://www.mobispine.com/ and add any feed you want. You can add GISuser to your Mobispine clicking the graphic below:

There are many RSS news syndication tools out there. Some optimized for web syndication, some will update you via email, some are for mobile users. Anyone who has a web page or blog can take advantage of these resounces to help your readers stay informed and up to date... all you need is an RSS feed!
