Sebastopol, CA, November 7, 2007--Early registration is now open for the O'Reilly Tools of Change for Publishing (TOC) Conference, taking place February 11-13, 2008 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The TOC conference is for people who are passionate about books and book publishing. For its second year, the conference has relocated from the West Coast to the East Coast to be closer to the heart of the book publishing industry.
