Suggested Application... Twitter I'm still trying to find a really good use for this, nonetheless, Twitter is viral and best of all, there's mobile clients too so you can tweet from anywhere! A tip.. for a cool mobile client search for Twibble.
Suggested Mashups... Google Ride Finder View taxi or shuttle locations from a number of cities. Links and phone numbers provided.
Suggested Free Data Resource... FREE USGS DRGs and more Golden Software, Inc. has upgraded Didger, its comprehensive software package that provides a single user interface for digitizing, geographic referencing, reprojection and coordinate conversion... users also get access to the TerraServer data library all for less than $400!
