NOAA Releases National Estuaries Restoration Inventory Posted on June 16, 2004 NOAA recently announced the initiation of the National Estuaries Restoration Inventory that will track the progress made toward the goals of the Estuary Restoration Act of 2000. The inventory is an online tool to monitor restoration projects implemented around the country and will serve as a searchable source of information on restoration results.

The results have been illustrated in this article which is based on a recent entry in the Raster Innovation contest held at Geospatial World 2004 in Miami Beach, FL. The Hamilton Library Study took first place overall in the Innovative Raster Analysis Competition sponsored by Intergraph and Keigan Systems.
