Each year at the Esri User Conference (esriuc) a highlight of the sessions is always the "Road Ahead"  and the presentations from key Esri Managers informing and educating on the latest solutions and plans for future releases.

I'm a fan of numbers and every year when I return from the annual Esri User Conference something that always jumps out at me as very interesting are the numbers.

Recall at the recently held esriuc Survey Summit and ACSM event in San Diego a special forum was held to address the topic of Lightsquared. The American Surveyor Magazine Managing editor Marc Cheves offered up some comments from the event.
