Your phone knows where you are and Sitewise can tell you about the people at that location for a circular, drive-time or neighborhood trade area - anywhere in the United States or Canada. Using the most recent United States or Canadian Census, Sitewise retrieves a demographic profile of the trade area showing population and household characteristics such as: population by age, households, income, education, housing, employment, and much more. If you are not out on location, sites may also be selected by typing a street address, tapping a location on the street map or a point-of-interest. Benchmark reports for a predefined area (state, county, city, census tract or postal code) are available by typing the name; e.g. "Chicago", "90210". The Sitewise report is displayed on your Android phone. Select a census category such as housing and scroll through to see the number of owned or rented units. Complete reports along with a map showing the trade area can be emailed as a PDF or in Excel format.
