Effectively integrate computer hardware, software, and data, to store, manipulate, display and analyze layers of information to facilitate better decision making, dynamic visualization and analysis of spatial relations. Import/export, convert and edit data sets from sub/prime consultants using ArcGIS, Microstation and AutoCad. Create GIS base files to facilitate the requirements need for quick turn-around projects. Prepare GPS (Trimble GeoXT and Garmin handheld units) equipment for field use by installing aerial imagery and shape files to be used for data collection and navigation. Responsible for data collection from various sources including, USGS, LABINS, FGDL, Water Management Districts, Property Appraisers, FDOT, FNAI, DEP, and FFWCC. Coordinate with marketing team to produce high-end graphics required for displays and create large format display boards using HP plotter and other peripherals. Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of all plotting/printing equipment, ordering and purchasing equipment, software and hardware. Provide field support and GPS survey data collection for projects including Gopher Tortoise Surveys, Traffic Noise Studies, Seagrass Surveys (certified SCUBA diver and experienced boat driver), habitat analysis, E&T Surveys, and wetland impacts. Responsible for data collection and map production required for a wide variety of design projects and proposals including; Mitigation Banks, Parcel Maps and Legal Descriptions, Land Use, Soils, Permitting, Land Development, Highway Expansion, Contamination, Wetland Inventories and Impact Assessments, Wetland Delineation, Noise Studies, Archaeological and Historic Surveys, Environmental Assessment, Conservation Easements, Enhancement and Restoration, Threatened / Endangered / Listed Species Surveys, Mitigation Banks, and Habitat Mapping. 1995 – 1999 Jacobs Engineering / Sverdrup Facilities Inc. Orlando, FL Plumbing Designer / Mechanical Department CADD Lead Coordinator for Microstation and AutoCAD design standards. Create, edit and QA/QC all Plumbing/HVAC design sheets. Coordinate with Multi-disciplinary Design Team including; Architects, Engineers, and Planners. Participate in site surveys to document existing conditions. Graphically portray information collected from site surveys. Projects include Publix Markets, WDW, and Orange County. Associate Member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. President of SPARO (Sverdrup/Parcels Athletic & Recreational Organization).
