Are you currently a GIS Analyst and is looking to expand your horizons? The Washington State Department of Transportation Real Estate Services Office is seeking an individual who possess project management coupled with technical skills in GIS. Working for an agency that is nationally recognized and is leading the way for new technologies in GIS activities, you will:
*Be challenged in your new role as the key coordinator in the integration of the Real Estate Services Data Management System (Integrated Reality Information System).
*Direct and mentor a growing staff of technical professionals.
*Serve as the agency expert on GIS issues relating to Real Estate Services.
*Develop procedures, find solutions and deliver projects that will affect the agency statewide.
*Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Prioritize and coordinate work flow for project deliverables.
*Lead project teams and set direction with project activities, change control and issues resolution.

*Learn and apply contemporary software development system life cycle and project management methodologies.
*Travel statewide for meetings and conferences with the ability to stay overnight .
Compensation
$53,436 - $70,092 annually depending on qualifications
