Job Description
Our Client is a leading provider of intelligent location technologies, Telematics, GPS, Automatic Vehicle Location and software. Its hardware and software products allow customers to effecively improve productivity by enabling the efficient management of their remote mobile workforce, assets, and services.
Rapid growth and a demand for our Client’s product and services has created a need for additional 3-5 Outside Sales Executives throughout the US, who will be responsible for growing the direct enterprise sales channel and customer base. The Outside Sales Executives must meet monthly budget sales unit quota and achieve gross profit margins by exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Drive new sales and additional penetration in existing accounts in order to achieve sales goals
Penetrate Fortune 1000 business to business across market verticals
Conduct ethical sales practices, strategies and maintain price integrity
Maintain a professional working relationship with all internal associates and external customers
Provide training and support to enterprise clients
Basic administrative duties including; maintain accurate forecasting, sales funnel and customer information in Salesforce.com database
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in sales – preferably in the wireless, telecommunication, and/or GPS/AVL industry
Fleet tracking experience is highly desired
Bachelor’s Degree, four years of college or equivalent in work experience and education.
Strong direct sales and relationship management experience to Fortune 1000 clients
Proven sales success and consistent over achievement of sales quota
Proven strategic thinking
Excellent PC hardware/software skills including all of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Persuasive in sales closing ability
Excellent written/oral communication
Self-starter requiring little supervision as you will be working from your home office and communicating and conducting company meeting virtually. Travel will be required for client meetings, conferences, etc.
Compensation and Benefits Total Compensation Ranges between $100K-$150K DOE and performance.
